When you join the BUILD Mastermind, you have a choice of 1 of 3 tiers, depending on what you need for your business.
MODEL - 4 WEEKS
WEEK 1. identify + refine your business model by Mind Mapping all the moving parts
WEEK 2 - 3. lay out your offer + product suite with pricing structure to increase revenue
WEEK 3 - 4. develop + optimize offers, whether creating new products or refining / better positioning of existing offers
By the end of this mini program you will have a working business model that makes sense for your brand, and products/offers ready to sell.
SYSTEMS - 6 WEEKS
WEEK 1. map out B2C & B2B sales flow for all your offers & various customer archetypes
WEEK 2 - 3 . set up the tech systems & any automations
WEEK 4 - 6. develop all assets of the sales flow (such as web page, pitch emails, pitch deck, CRM or tracking system, etc.).
By the end of this mini program you will have set up the systems in place to be able to receive sales automatically & easily.
SALES. - 10 WEEKS
This is the part where we make BANK! In all honesty, we set you up to make sales by:
WEEK 1 -3. make your organic Social Media convert
WEEK 4 - 5. create successful FB + IG Ads Campaign
WEEK 6 - 7. add in new marketing channels: XM, PR, etc.

How many people are in this?
This is a very intimate program so that you can receive direct support from the mentors. You are not just a number in this program, and will receive weekly individual attention, feedback, and support.
How long does it take to complete?
Depending on what tier you enrol into:
Tier 1 - 4 weeks
Tier 2 - 10 weeks
Tier 3 - 5 months
What's the level of support like?
This is a HIGH touchpoint program. You will receive multiple support conversations each week.
What can we build in this?
Any vision you have so long as it fits the criteria above! Product-based & service-based businesses are welcome. We do not specialize in tech nor SAAS products, and do not accept MLM or franchisee businesses.
What if it doesn't work?
Every business is a different stage with unique sets of factors that determine its success & sustainability. Over the course of the full 5 month program together, our coaches will do everything they can to create opportunities for your business to flourish. While we can't guarantee the sales will come flying in, we can guarantee you & your business will not look the same as it did when you entered, so long as you show up consistently.
What if I miss a session?
You don't have to worry at all! The success of this program does not hinge upon you having to attend every single session. Plus, all sessions will be recorded & uploaded into the membership site for you to acces indefinitely!
